We want you to love your purchase. If you aren't satisfied, you can return non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition.

Handmade items are often fragile. If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
